This kit is designed to replace the factory turbocharger, exhaust manifolds, intake piping, and charged air piping with H\u0026amp;S Motorsports quality parts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTurbocharger\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have performed extensive testing with BorgWarner's new SX-E line of turbochargers and they have proven to be a great match for the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. This kit comes standard with the 1.00 A\/R divided (twin scroll) turbine housing (unless requested otherwise) and our turbocharger pedestal was redesigned to take full advantage of the twin-scroll design. The 73mm turbine wheel is larger than we are used to using, but the twin scroll design helps to retain the response and drive-ability in the lower RPM range. The benefits of the 73mm turbine wheel include lower drive pressure, lower EGTs, and more power! During our testing we experienced an average of a 200 degree drop in peak exhaust gas temperatures when compared to the factory turbocharger setup. Durability and reliability also play a big part in our parts selection and BorgWarner has stepped up their game with the 360-degree thrust bearing assembly that is standard in all SX-E units.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou may be aware that BorgWarner's new SX-E compressor housings are not currently offered with a 90-degree outlet option. No problem! As a solution, we CNC machine each SX-E compressor housing in-house to take advantage of the v-band outlet and supply a cast aluminum 90-degree elbow with v-band clamp. We felt that an aluminum elbow was necessary for this application since air temperatures are going to be the hottest right at the compressor discharge and a silicone boot would not be as reliable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ePiping\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll HSM piping is fabricated out of high quality steel and tig welded with amazing precision. We take pride in knowing that the fit and finish of every pipe will be at OEM quality or better. Piping is available in raw form (to be coated by you in the color\/style of your choice), or you can pick to have it coated in a classy textured black finish as pictured above. Bungs are welded into place in convenient locations for connecting your water injection, nitrous, or any other 1\/8\" NPT accessory. Plugs are included if you choose to not use any of the supplied bungs. A two piece downpipe is included and will mate to most aftermarket exhaust systems using a ball flange just like the OEM downpipe. All piping is crafted here in the USA.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCast Parts\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will be receiving 3 custom cast pieces with your HSM turbo kit (2 exhaust manifolds and 1 turbo pedestal). These parts were engineered and produced here in the USA using the best possible materials to ensure they will withstand the most extreme temperatures and pressures. Provisions in the exhaust manifolds for exhaust gas temperature sensors (factory sensor or 1\/8\" npt) are provided, as well as a location to install the OEM exhaust back pressure sensor. A wastegate port is also machined into the driver's side manifold and a block-off plate is included should you choose not to use this feature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWastegate Provision\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe HSM driver's side exhaust manifold is machined to accept a wastegate. You may utilize our\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eUniversal 40MM Wastegate, but some fabrication may be required. We recommend cutting a hole into the downpipe and building a pipe to connect the wastegate outlet directly into the downpipe. You can also let the wastegate dump to atmosphere if you don't have any means of welding\/fabricating.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAir Intake\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo air filter provision is included in this kit. This product is engineered to fit with the OEM or S\u0026amp;B air intake box. If you are running something other than that, adjustments may be necessary to ensure correct fitment. A two piece downpipe is included and will mate to most aftermarket exhaust systems using a ball flange just like the OEM downpipe. We do our best to ship all items the same day the order is placed. Painted gauge pods and other custom parts/requests may take longer. Stacks also usually take 5-7 business days to ship. Please keep this in mind when ordering custom parts with express shipping.
We do our best to deliver most items within 5-6 business days. Most will show up much sooner. Not all items ship from our shop in Texas, so please call us for estimated ground shipping time to your location if you are unsure when your parts will be delivered.
Free shipping applies to the lower 48 United States only. All others will incur extra charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Any insurance claims for damaged items and/or stolen goods from your doorstep that are NOT honored by the shipping carrier because you requested a signature not be required for delivery is NOT our responsibility. We will not cover the cost!
International Customers:
All international customers are responsible for paying 100% of any duties & or taxes and import/brokerage fees incurred when products are shipped out of the U.S.A.. Q: Why did my order arrive in Amazon packaging/a box for another product?A: We here at Dfuser strive to lower our carbon footprint by reusing as much packaging from received shipments as possible. We assure you that your product is being delivered as promised.
Q: My order shipping transit time via Ground Shipping shows 3 Days. Why did I not receive my order in that time frame?
A: Ground shipping transit time is not a guaranteed delivery. This is based on items shipped from our current location with best time forecasted by the shipping company. Some items may ship from one our many warehouses across the US and can take longer to arrive to your shipping destination. Please use any of the faster methods to ensure your item arrives on time if you have any concerns about the delivery date.
Q: My order shipping method says UPS, but you sent me a FedEx tracking number. Am I getting someone else's order?
A: Here at Dfuser we use UPS Ground OR equivalent if you picked ground. Some orders may get shipped via Priority Mail if we determine that you will get your package sooner via that method. If you order something and want 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day shipping we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine your package will get there in the same time period.
Q: My receipt says I was charged for 20lbs of shipping and the UPS tracking number only indicates that a 9lb package was shipped. Why did you charge me for a 20lb package?
A: Some items are larger than others and we need to enter DIMENSIONAL weight for shipping cost accuracy, especially for larger items that need to ship with express shipping. Carriers such as UPS & FedEx charge by dimensions, rather than weight.
Q: I received my item and upon opening it, the item is damaged! What do I do now?
A: First, please DO NOT install the product. Retain all packaging material, the damaged item, and anything else that came with the product. Call us right away so we can start a damaged shipment claim.

Return Policy
Chargebacks will be turned over to a collections agency. This does affect your credit rating.
- All returns/exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative within 7 days of delivery. No returns are permitted without an RMA number and authorization by us, otherwise all returns will not be accepted and delivery will be refused.
- No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging or has been used. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. Special order and/or custom items are not returnable and/or are subject to 35% restocking fee under our discretion. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- American Express Credit card users will be charged an additional 5% fee if item is returned for a refund or order cancelled after payment.
- All special orders and non-stock item returns are not refundable.
- All returns must be accompanied by order ID number or RMA number.
- Parts must be in new, re-sellable condition, and in their original packing. NO PAINTED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.
- REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee or 35% on special order items. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
- Dfuser reserves the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Items shipped by special delivery or truck freight are not subject to returns. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If item is damaged it must be signed for as Damaged upon delivery otherwise it is not eligible for exchange.
- Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call us within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
- Performance chips are not returnable if used or removed from packaging.

Warranty
All product warranties if any implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Products manufactured by Dfuser carry a 1-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to Dfuser and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
Under no circumstances shall Dfuser.com, LLC be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
